CAMP WOODIE AND
DELTA WATERFOWL

In the summer of 2003, Camp Woodie and Delta Waterfowl will be teaming up for 2 youth conservation camps, which will be held at Delta's facility in Manitoba, Canada. These camps will be very detailed in all aspects of waterfowl ecology and will also provide advanced waterfowl and wetland ecology training for high school students who are considering a career in waterfowl management.

The activities for camp at Delta Waterfowl will be very similar to Camp Woodie in South Carolina, but the biological research education will be geared more towards future wildlife conservation students. Several field trips have been planned to allow young waterfowlers a chance to participate in hands-on waterfowl research, along with overnight camping trips.
